The sketch for this challenge can be seen here at the Mojo Monday site, a lovely challenge this week which I really enjoyed doing. The two oriental papers I used for the front were also used on the inside, layered together and just peeping through at the right. On the front, all the papers and stamped images were layered onto a beautiful teal card which I just re-purposed from an old folder and the edges of the stamped pieces are coloured with blue and green inks to take away the starkness of the white card. I used blue for the stamping considering it softer than black which I usually go for! BTW, the stamps are all Non Sequitur, one of their Oriental plates.
I also used both blue and green ribbons, blue and green flowers and some fab blue pearl buttons – the whole package of which don’t have two identical ones anywhere! The whole thing is glued to an A4 textured, dark green card which I creased and folded off-centre so that the front panel hangs over the edge.
Hope you like it.
